1. Promoter
This competition is organised and promoted by Mare Resorts
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
3. Competition Period
• The competition opens on Wednesday, 1 April 2026 and closes on Sunday, 31 May 2026.
• Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
• To enter, participants must share their stay on Instagram as a reel or post using #AtMareResorts and tagging @mare_resorts.
• Each Instagram post or reel submitted in accordance with the entry requirements shall be considered one (1) separate entry. There is no limit to the number of entries per person, provided each entry is submitted as a separate post or reel and complies with these Terms and Conditions.
5. Prize
• One (1) winner will receive:
A complimentary stay for 2 persons, 3 nights, on All Inclusive (AI) basis at Mare Paphos or Mare Ayia Napa
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
6. Prize Conditions
• The stay is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
• Advance reservation is required.
• The competition is valid for stays booked with us from 1 January 2026 until 31 May 2026.
• The prize must be redeemed by Monday, 31 May 2026.
• The prize does not include flights, transfers, or any additional expenses unless explicitly stated.
• The winner must provide their reservation number for the stay claimed as part of the competition entry. The reservation will be verified by our resort teams to confirm eligibility.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• The winner will be notified on Monday, 1 June 2026, via our official social media account.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 calendar days, Mare Resorts reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• Eligibility is subject to verification of the provided reservation number.
8. Publicity
By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Liability
Mare Resorts accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults or any other reason.
10. General
• Mare Resorts reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
• By entering this competition, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or violate Instagram guidelines will be disqualified.
• By entering, participants grant Wavemaker Hospitality and its brands a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and share submitted content for marketing purposes.
